This includes: 1. **Detailed Cleaning: **All surfaces, including high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and bathroom fixtures, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. 2. **Floor Care:** Floors are vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant solutions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. 3. **Furniture and Decor:** All furniture, including sofas, chairs, and tables, are cleaned and wiped down. Decorative items are also dusted and sanitized. Air Quality We ensure excellent air quality by: 1. **Ventilation:** The space is aired out between bookings to allow for proper ventilation and circulation of fresh air. 2. **Air Conditioning Maintenance:** Our air conditioning system is regularly serviced and equipped with clean filters to ensure a healthy indoor environment. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
