Welcome to our versatile event space, a dynamic environment perfect for a wide range of occasions. Primarily used for art classes, this adaptable venue is ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, photoshoots, meetings, and conferences. Our space accommodates up to 40 guests, providing a cozy yet spacious atmosphere. It features a large bar where you can purchase beer and wine directly from the venue, and is equipped with one bathroom for your convenience. We offer ample seating with four wooden tables, thirty metal chairs, and six barstools. Additionally, two TVs are available to mirror slideshows, and a SONOS sound system ensures high-quality audio for any event. To personalize your gathering, you are welcome to bring in your own caterers and vendors to customize the space however you desire. Please note that while our venue is adaptable for many types of events, it is not suitable for weddings due to its size. Whether you're hosting a weekday meeting or celebrating a special occasion, our space provides the perfect blank canvas to bring your vision to life!

Cleaning company is scheduled weekly. Staff cleans before and after events. Because this is primarily an art studio, there is paint stains on floors, walls, and chairs.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
