Warehouse Studio with Natural Light and Modern Vibes
About the Space
A flexible, blank slate housed in an industrial-style building that was initially a car dealership built in the early 50’s! The space has been rehabilitated with a painted concrete floor, white steel beams and a brand new glass garage door. The rentable space is a large, 1600 sq foot, open warehouse optionally divided by a floor-to-ceiling drapery wall. The community area includes a large communal table as well as a seating area. Optional, color temperature controlled smart lighting can be managed by a tablet to create inviting lighting to fit the mood no matter the time of day. The glass garage door faces North, allowing for soft ambient light to stream in to corner of the studio housing our couch, moveable wall and other vignettes. Furniture is made to be moved, the entire space is open for your to bring your own creative vibe and style. Please note that the ambient natural light in the back portion of the space (furthest from the garage door) shifts during the day. If you plan on using the entire space for photography, you should be comfortable with supplemental lighting.

Along with multiple thorough cleanings per week, a hospital-grade, HEPA-certified air filter is also present in the space to ensure the clean turnover of air between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
