This versatile room is perfect not only for music production but also for voiceover work and solo podcasts.

Basic Cleaning Protocols for Peerspace Guests To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these cleaning protocols during and after your booking: General Tidiness: Please keep the space organized and free of clutter. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins. Equipment Care: Wipe down all equipment and surfaces after use with the provided disinfectant wipes. Ensure that all gear and equipment are returned to their original places. Food and Drinks: Dispose of all food and drink containers properly. Clean up any spills immediately to prevent damage to equipment and surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
