Our Peerspace booking offers convenient parking with 35 onsite spaces available for guests. These spaces are easily accessible and located directly at the venue, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience. Perfect for events, meetings, or gatherings, our ample parking options provide convenience and peace of mind for all attendees.

General Rules

House Rules: A No smoking inside the building. Be respectful with music volume to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses. No littering or loitering around other businesses in the plaza. Cigarette breaks must be taken at the designated area at the back of the space. Outside catering is allowed, but please ensure all catering items are cleaned up afterward. Alcohol is permitted, but please follow local laws and regulations regarding consumption. Any decorations must be approved beforehand to prevent damage to the space. Please ensure all trash is disposed of in the provided bins before leaving. The space must be left in the same condition as it was found. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable for everyone!

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the space between bookings. Our dedicated cleaning team ensures that all surfaces, including high-touch areas, are disinfected to maintain a germ-free environment. We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for every event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
