To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a few event space rules in place: 1. No smoking inside the premises: We kindly request that all smoking activities be conducted outside the designated smoking area. This is to maintain a clean and fresh environment for everyone. 2. Outside activity curfew at 10 PM: In consideration of our neighbors and the surrounding community, we ask that any outdoor activities come to a close by 10 PM. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere during later hours. 3. Indoor activity curfew at midnight: To allow for a smooth transition to the end of the event, we kindly request that all indoor activities conclude by midnight. This allows ample time for guests to wrap up their activities and for our staff to prepare the space for the next day. 4. No outside beverages: To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our facilities, we kindly ask that outside beverages not be brought into the event space. We have a range of catering options available to meet your dining needs. 5. Respectful noise levels: We strive to provide a pleasant environment for all guests. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone attending the event. 6. Proper disposal of waste: Please dispose of all waste and garbage in the designated bins provided throughout the event space. Keeping the area clean and tidy is essential for the comfort and well-being of all guests. 7. Compliance with local laws and regulations: We expect all event attendees to comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities or behavior that violates these laws will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the event. 8. Care for the facilities: We kindly request that all guests treat the event space and its facilities with care and respect. Any damages caused to the property may result in additional charges or penalties.
