About the Space
Our modern conference room comfortably seats 6, with the capacity to accommodate up to 7 people. It is equipped with a whiteboard, a TV, and full Zoom capabilities, making it ideal for both in-person and virtual meetings. Office supplies are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a productive session. Whether you're hosting a team meeting, a client presentation, or a brainstorming session, this conference room offers the perfect environment for collaboration and efficiency.

Our large parking garage on-site offers ample parking including valet services with easy access to the building.
General Rules
Leave it as You Found It: Please ensure the room is left clean and tidy. Remove all personal belongings and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
Respect the Equipment: Handle all AV equipment and furniture with care. Report any damages or technical issues to the management immediately.
Food and Drinks: If you bring food and drinks, please clean up any spills and dispose of containers properly.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others in adjacent spaces.
Booking Times: Adhere to your scheduled booking times. If you need additional time, please check availability with the management.
Security: Ensure all doors are securely closed when you leave. Do not leave any valuables unattended.
Technical Setup: If you need assistance with the AV setup, please request help from the management beforehand.
Furniture Arrangement: Return any moved furniture to its original position before leaving.
Respectful Behavior: Maintain a professional and respectful environment for all users.
Usage Restrictions: The room is intended for training and professional use only. Any other activities must be approved by the management.

We provide top-notch recorded security in all common areas. Our lobby is monitored by onsite security.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

At our training facility, we prioritize your health and safety by implementing rigorous cleaning measures. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. This includes disinfecting all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, chairs, and AV equipment.
We use hospital-grade cleaning products to ensure the highest level of hygiene. Additionally, hand sanitizers are available at multiple locations within the room for your convenience.
Our HVAC system is regularly maintained to provide optimal air quality. We also follow all recommended guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for all your training and event needs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
