Please be aware that there may be some existing wear and tear, and certain upgrades may still be in progress. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. — Booking time must include the setup and the breakdown of the set. Please calculate the timing of your stay accordingly. If your booking ends at 6pm, the setup must be broken down by 6pm. Our studio is a self-service space, and we expect our clients to leave the space the way it was presented upon arrival. Please make sure you put all the equipment back in place when you leave and follow the printed checklist. Cleaning fee will be applied if the space is left untidy. Our studio provides soft, diffused daylight throughout the morning, and direct sunlight coming through the windows in the afternoon. There are also blackout curtains available to block the light when necessary. Studio is conveniently located three blocks away from the Morgan Street L train station. Free street parking is also available in the area. In the case of any last-minute EQ and camera needs, our studio is located one block away from EQ rental store Imaging World, open Monday-Friday. For day-long photoshoots or an event, there are many coffee shops and restaurants located close by. There is also a small deli grocery store directly across the street with a great Dominican food counter.
