We ask all guests to respect and adhere to these guidelines to help us keep our space pristine and welcoming for everyone. Process: 1. Pre-Event Cleaning: Surface Sanitization: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and equipment, are thoroughly sanitized using approved disinfectants. Floor Cleaning: Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped to remove any dirt and debris. Restroom Sanitation: Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized, with special attention to high-touch areas such as faucets, door handles, and toilets. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied, and liners are replaced. 2. During Event: Spot Cleaning: Our staff will be available for spot cleaning as needed to address any spills or messes promptly. Restroom Checks: Restrooms will be checked regularly and cleaned as necessary to maintain hygiene. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: Comprehensive Cleaning: After each event, our team will perform a thorough cleaning of the entire space, including all surfaces, floors, and restrooms. Equipment Disinfection: Any equipment used during the event will be disinfected according to our sanitation protocols. Trash Disposal: All trash and recycling will be properly disposed of, and bins will be sanitized and relined. 4. Guest Responsibilities: Personal Items: Guests are responsible for removing all personal items and decorations at the end of their event. Trash Disposal: Guests should place all trash in the provided bins and ensure that no debris is left on floors or surfaces. Damage Reporting: Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported immediately to our staff. 5. Additional Measures: Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the space for guest use. Ventilation: The space is well-ventilated to ensure a continuous flow of fresh air
