About the Space
The Studio is situated in the Bakery Blocks in NE Portland. It is is filled with warm light from large south-facing windows, contains hardwood floors, a kitchen equipped with refrigerator and sink, storage space, an open-floor plan with one large meeting room and two separate multi-use offices. We are located on the first floor and are fully accessible. The space is minimally furnished with couches, plants, a large meeting table, chairs and includes a white wall for projector use. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, and silverware. Studio Amenities: 5,000 sq. feet of total studio space 1st floor ADA accessible unit 2 private offices 1 private conference room (fits up to 12) Couches and working desks High Speed Fiber Internet (300Mbps up & down) Foldout tables and chairs for larger groups Kitchen Supplies: Fridge Microwave Dish washer Sink & Faucet All-in-one coffee grinder and maker Tableware (plates, utensils, glasses) Building Facilities: Multiple private restrooms Multiple private phone booths An additional bookable conference room Loading zones Projector and Screen available upon request

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ella and her space are AMAZING!!! I hosted a concert with professional musicians... and everything was GREAT. Truly truly. PERFECT space for 50 - 75 people or more. When I saw the space a month before my event, Ella let me know I could move the furniture as needed, etc. Then day of event everything was EXACTLY as she described. She sent me the code to the space, and everything was super easy. The space itself is GREAT. Big windows and the lighting was awesome for us for a night time event. TONS of space plus tables... all great. Thank you Ella!

This space is surprisingly spacious, and the host is amazingly thoughtful! Really easy to coordinate with the management of this space, and they were so accommodating of our wedding reception plans. We could see coming back to use this place for everything from mixers and corporate parties to meetings, art nights, or as a photography / video studio. Such a Peerspace gem that we are so grateful we found!

It is a great and large space with plenty of frame options. Easy access from street level to load in and Picture This Productions in the same building (if needing rental gear!). There was a little echo and footsteps coming from the floor above from time to time, but nothing impacted our interviews.
