Free onsite parking. Studio is stair access only through the blue door closest to the alley. Do not park in front of the four roll-up doors.

There are three 12-panel second story windows. Two are east facing and get direct sun beams in the morning. One is south facing and gets narrow beams throughout the day until close to sunset. All three get indirect soft light in non-peak hours and have pull-down shades that block out the sunlight when studio light is preferred.

The studio is in a shared building with other artists and ambient noise.

Stairs

The studio is located on the second floor of a historic co-op Phoenix building. There is one straight flight of stairs, stair access only. Free parking is available in the buildings' parking lot anywhere besides the spots in front of the four rollup doors.

There are an abundant number of outlets; four per receptacle with roughly six receptacles throughout the space.

We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the Studio and recommend you carry business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients. Rental time begins exactly at the booked starting time and ends exactly at the booked ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late. Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time. $50 minimum cleaning fee will be charged for dirty studio and all large groups or production crews over 15 people. Additional charges my apply. No pets allowed without prior approval. No food or drink allowed (besides water) without prior approval. 1.5x hourly rate for every hour booked after 7:00pm. No smoking is permitted in the studio. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. Do not allow your clients to hang out in any areas that you did not rent. If you are hosting minis, clients must wait for you outside until it is their turn. Do not damage the walls. Do not hang anything on the walls without prior approval. You are responsible for any damage occurring to the studio during your time slot and may be subject to a repair fee. Please treat our studio with care and insure your clients are respectful as well.

Standard furniture; chair, apple boxes, stool, and barstool can be moved at anytime. All other furniture, decor items, and other furnishings are not to be moved unless rented by guest for booking.
