About the Space
The types of activities that would probably work best in this space include most types of meetings (off-sites, brainstorming sessions, castings, auditions, interviews, etc.), baby showers, bridal showers, wedding showers, corporate events, film & photo shoots, some types of workshops, art exhibits or pop ups, podcasts or different audio recording sessions, and team building events. The house consists of it's front yard, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and backayard space which includes an outdoor dining table, bbq grill, and the pool (NOT heated). The clothes washer & dryer inside the house are also available if needed. There may also be a fire pit added to the house soon. The house should NOT be booked if you plan on hosting any type of birthday party, sweet 16 celebrations, or similar type event. Also, please don't book if you plan on having some sort of event or project where people may be outside making noise past 10PM.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
