Bathed in natural light, this unique space is perfect for photography, videography, and small gatherings. Whether you're hosting a yoga session, book club, or any other event, our space adapts to meet your needs. The interior boasts an open layout with a downstairs great room, providing ample room for creativity and movement. A staircase leads to a lofted room that can serve as a guest room or be converted into an additional open space, adding to the flexibility of the venue. The large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing every activity. Furnishings in the space are designer quality, featuring pieces from West Elm, CB2, Pompanoosuc Mills, Article, and Design Within Reach (DWR), ensuring both style and comfort for your event. We also provide eight extra chairs and outdoor furniture, including welder's benches that have been cleverly converted into seating, adding a unique touch to the decor. Amenities include a full bathroom, a convenient kitchenette for light meals and refreshments, and a roof deck that offers a perfect spot for relaxation or additional event space. For those who love the outdoors, we have an outdoor shower, adding a unique touch to the experience. Our space can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 15 guests. Conveniently, there is free public parking available across the street, making it easy for your attendees to arrive. For those planning weddings, we offer an optional overnight stay, ideal for wedding parties and getting ready for the big day.
