About the Space

Open, bright space with one dressing room. Perfect for all of your social needs (bridal shower, birthday, baby shower, gender reveal, engagement, dinner party, anniversary, weddings, weekday classes, and photoshoots. Also available for repast and memorials. Portable bar, portable grass wall, flatscreen television, food prep area, Bluetooth speaker, and microphone. 10 rectangle tables, 80 clear chairs included with rental. Booking hours are as follows: A.M. 9am-4pm P.M. 6pm-1am 4pm-6pm allows our staff to come in and clean in between events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

Dana went above and beyond! We booked this space because we loved the pictures and natural light. Dana was extremely responsive, and helped us bring our friend's baby shower vision to life! The outside aesthetics look somewhat desserted but the inside is great and there is plenty of parking. I HIGHLY recommend this space! Dana has everything, and was extremely accommodating to all of our needs and millions of questions. There's an HEB down the street for anything you may need or forget. I'll try to add some pictures from our event as well.

Yes, I would book again.

Dana went above and beyond! We booked this space because we loved the pictures and natural light. Dana was extremely responsive, and helped us bring our friend's baby shower vision to life!
