About the Space
There is a sparking gunite pool on the property with a bluestone patio surrounding it and a waterfall feature, which is a perfect setting for a luncheon, cocktail hour, celebration with standing tables, or shower. There is also a wraparound porch facing the ocean with a gazebo with manicured lawns all around the property. Even a chipping green. Inside the home, there is a stately front entrance with an exquisite chandelier and stairs. The dining room comfortably fits 10 people and has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean.

10-12 cars depending on size. There is a roundabout and availability to park on the lawn if necessary.
General Rules
We ask that no pets join the parties and that guests with children under 5 years old bring their own life vests and water safety items.

Exterior only. There is an outdoor camera on the garage, facing the driveway. This can be turned off upon request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning crew that deeps cleans before and after every booking,
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
