Welcome to the newest hot spot Michigan Avenue. This space is easily accessed by all Loop Trains, Red Line and Blue Line. The space overlooks Grant Park at former Congress Parkway now Ida B Wells. Location is across the street from the Buckingham Fountain and just steps away from Chicago's hottest spots for photos. Space is surrounded by hotels and restaurants for guests attending your event. Hardwood floors and bathroom are included in the space. Events Rental Hours 7am until midnight Monday - Saturday Event Rental Hours 9:00am until 9:00pm Sundays

The space is expected to returned in the same condition as client was given. Pictures will be documented before and after to ensure the space was returned as agreed upon. All trash is expected to be bagged and removed and placed in the designated trash area. Trash removal, visible liquid spills, and food disposal is required.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
