About the Space
We have a beautiful, large, tropical butterfly garden with a pool, deck, and screen porch area. The space can be used for parties, celebrations, and for photo shoots. Access to bathroom and inside living/kitchen areas can be arranged as required for an additional fee. The home is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with easy access to I95 and close proximity to airports.

Screen patio has a counter and sink with water and a small fridge included.

Seating for 18 outside and on porch is included. Seating for 6 in cozy family room available to add for fee.
