The plaza that the event space is in provides a public parking lot.
General Rules
Venue Rules:
No nude events allowed at any time whatsoever. However we do allow exotic dancers and belly dancers for an extra fee. Private events only and if selling tickets for events we need to be notified ahead of time or the event will be shut down no refund. No in and out unless part of the setup crew. Respect business neighbors in the plaza.
No pets allowed.

All Dishes are washed after every event
Deep clean in restroom after every event
Wipe down and scrub all leather seats after every event
Wipe down and scrub all counter after every event
Wipe down and scrub all tables after every event
Sweep all floors after every event
Deep mop all floors after every event
Sanitize all sections after the deep clean
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
