There is ample parking. One parking lot is available directly behind the building for approximately 12-14 cars. There is another parking lot across the street from the building for approximately 30-40 cars. And there is a public free parking garage located within 1-3 minute walking distance from the building.

No Smoking Policy Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is strictly prohibited within the event space and 20 feet from any entrance. This ensures a safe and clean environment for all guests. Capacity Limits Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit to ensure safety and comfort for all guests. Decorations Only use approved decorations and refrain from using items that could damage the walls or floors (e.g., no nails, screws, or permanent adhesives). All decorations must be approved and removed post-event. Food and Beverage Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol may be served by licensed caterers only. Noise Levels Keep music and entertainment at reasonable levels to comply with local noise ordinances. Clean-Up Policy: The event space should be returned to its original condition after use. Safety and Conduct All activities must comply with fire safety and building codes. Disruptive behavior is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the event. Damage Responsibility The renter is responsible for any damages to the property during the event. Event Hours Events must conclude by the time stipulated in the rental agreement to respect local regulations and community standards.
