About the Space
| Thoughtfully Curated space with beautiful light | Located on the 10th floor, stunning city views from all windows with an Ocean view from the East facing windows. Located in a heritage building, our studio has stunning arched windows with original wood frames and doors, with over 1600+sqft of space. It has a large main room with textured wall and two additional rooms - one room has a marble table, chairs, mirror and rolling rack - perfect for hair+makeup+wardrobe room (green room). The second room has 3 large windows east and south facing with a boucle full size couch, perfect for lifestyle imagery. South + East Facing for beautiful light all day. East Facing- direct sunset light in mornings South facing - direct sun starting mid morning into afternoon Covet Space is perfect for small events, photoshoots, video productions, pop-up shops, small ceremonies and gatherings. In the space: -roll papers and C stands (inquire when booking) -rolling clothing rack -marble table and chairs -multiple accent chairs -stools Half day + Full date rate available - inquire Load in/out is part of your booked time, please plan accordingly. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. There is a security camera monitoring the main entry door, if you need to change the second room has a door with no monitor or there is a bathroom down the hall. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind.

We've rented another one of Jenna's studios previously and she is consistently a great and responsive host. This space was so incredibly beautiful with perfect lighting for the duration of our shoot. The space is big with lots of different options for creating variation between shots. Jenna has thought of everything a photographer needs for a great shoot set up - we can't wait to come back.
