Originally opened in 1926 and permanently closed 2004, this now vacant 274 bed, six story hospital has all the traditionl rooms of a major hospital medical center, including emergency room, operating rooms, nurse stations, small medium and large patient rooms, waiting areas, hallways, cafeteria, two commercial kitchens, laboratories, admisinstrative offices, conference room, psych ward, chapel, staircases, basement, boiler room, security office and more. Extensive filming over its entire history, including seasons of the show Dexter.

General cleaning is included in the rate and done after each project. Certain areas of the hospital have yet to be cleaned after property owner purchased the building, if these areas are chosen for your project property owner will perform general cleaning to your request prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
