Charming East Hollywood Intimate Theater with Bow and Truss Ceiling
About the Space
This intimate theater is best used for small to medium productions. Can also be used for rehearsals, meetings, or as a great gathering spot for local filming. The theater has a main playing space with 70 permanent chairs with the option to expand to 99 chairs. There is an entrance and lobby area with restrooms for guests. A large dressing room is also available directly off the main stage. Wi-Fi is available. Work lights are available for all rentals or you can add on the use of theatrical lights, technical equipment including technical support, use of the marquee, or ticketing support for your event.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
