We have parking for 10 VIPs of the host on property, people who will presumably need to have their cars close at hand due to their level of involvement in the event. Then valet will be able to accommodate over 50 cars to an offsite location less than 1 minute down the road.

If you would like to use rental vendors not on our vendor list, they must be approved and you must have the host of your party and one of our staff supervise their operations upon arrival and set up. The vendor must agree to provide us with proper documentation and sign an on-property agreement with us, we will work that out with them directly if you wish, it's usually much faster. The last call is 10 pm, with no exemptions. Guests can continue their party on another property if they wish, but they cannot continue to drink on this property. If you have a hired bartender, that will be in their contract. If you plan on doing DIY bartending, we will ask that that cease at 10 pm. If you plan on doing BYOB, we will ask that the event ends at 10 pm and guests have the understanding that they must leave at that time. If you have more than 20 guests/20 cars expected, whichever is more cars, we ask that you use a valet service, we have 3 to choose from with varying rates and options. You must be available for a Zoom call lasting about 30 minutes for us to discuss and decide on these particulars more than 14 days before your booked event. At the time of that call, another document will be sent to you confirming all that we discussed, for your records.
