Ashley Faithfull Training Studios is a luxurious training studio located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, situated in the heritage listed Olderfleet building on Collins Street and just a 5 min walk from the tram stop at the corner of Spencer St and Collins St. Located on Level 7 in a secure building with full-time security, AFTS is easily accessible from the Collins Street entrance. However, AF Training Studios also features a separate private and secure entrance away from paparazzi, off the main road, that allows for a confidential entrance with vehicle access to the secure elevator. Enter the stunning studio and experience a luxurious and sophisticated space which feels like a 5-star day spa. A copper water fountain featured on a moss wall dispenses sparkling and still water at the entrance. The stunning amenities are moody and feel like you have entered a spa, featuring surround sound system, oil diffusers and dimmable lighting. The entire space can appear bright and airy or dark and moody. The ambience is all controllable via the dimmable light switches located throughout the studio. The Yoga Cave features: • Separate soundproof space • Shimmering copper pendant dimmable lights • Can fit 12 participants + instructor • Yoga mats, blocks, and meditation blankets (available on request) The Gym features: • Lifting platforms • Power racks, free weights, and cables machines • Cardio equipment • 25m sled track • Large floor space to host groups or events • Surround sound speakers The Recovery Room features: • Peaceful separate space • Infrared sauna • Cold plunge temperature-controlled bath • Colour light therapy AF Training Studios is the perfect space to host (NO MESS) events, product launches, content creation, seminars, workshops, classes and more. The studio can also be arranged for clients/athletes who travel with their own health & wellness teams and need to hire the entire space for convenience and privacy. We can also arrange for an AFTS senior trainer to be present to train the client at an additional cost. Hire includes access to the staff room kitchenette: fridge, kettle & mugs, cups, plates, cutlery, sink & microwave.
