About the Space
This space would be great to host your team meetings, celebratory happy hours, pop up shops, or yoga classes. The back area with exposed brick is spacious with minimal furniture / an open floor plan, so the options are endless. The front area has two walls of windows which makes for great lighting for a photoshoot. Open desk spaces also offer drop zones for your employees to plug in and check emails or catch up on breaks from your event. There are also two conference rooms with seating for 8. All TVs have casting capabilities / HDMI hook up, and there are two Sono's speakers if you'd like background music during your event.

Parking description
There is ample metered street parking right in front of our shop, as well as a paid parking ramp across the street.
General Rules
No smoking or open flames in the building
No alcohol unless proof of insurance and/or you hire a bartender to serve
No pets allowed in the building
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have two video cameras, one pointed at the front door and one pointed at the back door. They don't record but are simply a live feed so we can see if someone needs help turning off the alarm or not.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is currently professionally cleaned 2x a week. However, depending on bookings, we would make sure the space is clean before the event and professionally cleaned after it.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
