The corner location, with floor-to-ceiling windows, bathes the area in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout is flexible, allowing different areas to be used creatively. You can rent the space with or without the cafe/bakery being open, making it customizable to your needs.

Space is cleaned prior to use/booking. Bookings are daily and not shared per day. Please include tear down and set up time with your booking. Someone will be there to open the doors no earlier than 10 minutes before your booking and close the doors at your end of booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
