About the Space

Mutli-set film/photo studio is great for: Commercials, Films, Music Videos, Podcasts, Documentaries, Photoshoots, and more. ALL SETS INCLUDED: Living Room (Room 1) Restaurant (Room 1) Bedroom/Hotel Room (Room 2) Elegant Room for Podcasts/Interviews (Room 2) Warehouse (Large White Wall, Large Black Wall, Mural, Paper Backdrops, Christmas Backdrop w/ Rug) Central air and heat, with a vent going to the warehouse also. Flexible and versatile space. Furniture can be moved. Warehouse temperature will be a little warmer (summer) and cooler (winter) than the studio sets. Free parking in lot and on street. Warehouse entrance in the back can be opened for loading and unloading (please advise in advance). Multiple add-ons available for equipment and professional services including video, audio, photo, and lighting. Paper backdrop setup with 3 colors available is FREE if it doesn't touch the floor (see rules for more info).

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
