This beautiful open concept loft-style space offers tons of possibilities for hosting your birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, pop-up shops, small workshops, classes, small events, tastings, content creation, panel discussions and a host of other gatherings. Our space is 1500 sq ft with a beautiful modern feel. Large windows that face the Chicago skyline. Full-functioning HVAC system. The space has an open floor concept with a storage area to store items while using the space. No kitchen on site however there is a prep kitchen. Our space is all white with hints of black with draped ceilings and 3 large chandeliers that give the space a luxury look and feel. Wainscot walls with a matching black wainscot bar that will complement any event. Space can hold up to 70 people cocktail style but 50 people seated. EVERY RENTAL FEATURES: -Bluetooth Speaker -1 love seat sofa - 5 high boys -5 barstools -Bar Please NO eating and drinking on the couch or carpet. Additional tables/chairs may be brought in at your own discretion or rented through our vendor.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
