About the Space
The house is situated on a wide road in North London, close to the Parkland Walk. The downstairs is a wide, sunny open plan with three large rooms. The kitchen has been extended into the garden with a large patio area & has a vaulted birchwood roof. The main living room has been extended so that it includes the entire width of the house. The space would work well for filming, photoshoots, or meetings (for 10-12 people). It has two bathrooms and three toilets. The upstairs rooms would make excellent changing areas or 'green rooms'

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
