The parking lot is across the street from the venue and has approximately 100 bays.

1. Booking and Payment • Full payment is required to secure your reservation. • A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning. 2. Event Hours • Events must end by 12:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. • Setup and cleanup times must be included in your booking hours. 3. Capacity Limits • Maximum capacity limits must be adhered to for safety and compliance with local regulations. 4. Catering and Alcohol • All food and beverage services must be arranged with LaPlayaMIA’s approved vendors or with prior approval. • Alcoholic beverages must be served by licensed bartenders, if applicable. 5. Noise Levels • Maintain reasonable noise levels to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors. • Music must be kept at a level that does not disturb the surrounding community. 6. Decorations and Setup • Decorations must be approved in advance and must not damage property. • No tape, nails, or staples are allowed on walls or surfaces. 7. Clean-Up • All trash and event materials must be removed by the end of the rental period. • A cleaning fee may apply if the space is not left in its original condition. 8. Damage and Liability • The renter is responsible for any damages to the property or equipment. • LaPlayaMIA is not liable for personal injury or loss of property during the event. • Must provide certificate of insurance with a million dollar minimum. 9. Parking • Follow designated parking areas and ensure that no vehicles block entrances or exits. 10. Pets • Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must be supervised at all times. 11. Compliance • Adhere to all local regulations, including health and safety codes. • Respect all LaPlayaMIA staff instructions and policies. • Must use our cleaning company and hire 1 of our staff to be on onesite all time. 12.
