Space: open space is 3,000 sq ft. of open warehouse space and 2 rooms downstairs (500 sq ft each) and one room upstairs (1,000 sq ft). The maximum capacity is 100 people for indoor and outdoor events. No more than 100 people are allowed. If you have more than 100 attendees the venue will not be the right setting of space, you need for your event. We do not accept gatherings of more than 100 people. Amenities: This is a warehouse space. We do not offer Wi-Fi access, nor TVs, or other similar amenities. There will be running water, electricity, bathrooms, and AC/Heat. Restroom: There are 5 restrooms available for your convenience. The upstairs restroom has a shower. Vendor Policies: Vendors are welcome, you can bring in your own event decorator, event planner/coordinator, caterer, etc. Food & Alcohol Policies: Food Outside food is allowed. You can bring in your caterer. Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed, you can bring your alcohol. Selling of Alcohol during the event is not permitted on the premises. Noise Regulations: Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors and local noise regulations.
