Health & Safety Cleaning Process To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we follow a rigorous cleaning process before and after every event: 1 Pre-Event Sanitization: ◦ All surfaces, including floors, mirrors are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. ◦ High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and restroom facilities are disinfected with EPA-approved products. 2 During the Event: ◦ Hand sanitizers are provided at key locations within the venue for guest use. ◦ We recommend maintaining cleanliness throughout the event by disposing of waste promptly and using the provided hand sanitizing stations. 3 Post-Event Cleaning: ◦ After your event, the entire space will be cleaned and sanitized once again, focusing on all high-touch surfaces. ◦ Trash and waste are removed immediately, and the area is prepared for the next event with our comprehensive cleaning protocol. 4 Additional Safety Measures: ◦ Our cleaning staff is trained to follow strict health guidelines

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
