The landscaping in the backyard is simple, clean, and well-maintained, and the space quiet, is separated from a golf course by trees. The bathroom is on the main level, with an adjoining bedroom for coats and bags. The open kitchen boasts a long and large center island that looks into the large sitting room with a huge 6-seater sectional sofa. This center island can hold up to 4 chafer sets for buffet-style serving, and still has room for plates, etc. There is a butler-style bar area than can be used for drinks.
