About the Space

Locations like this are more rare to find. An abandoned "warehouse / factory" that is in *safe* enough condition to film in. *To be up front...REASONABLE common sense precautions must be taken for filming in any space like this, required additional on site escort, fully "at your own risk" liability waiver, and production insurance". We have successfully hosted productions using common sense precautions. This is a truly stunning building, primarily consisting of entirely concrete (even the walls and ceilings!) and was the former Flexible Flyer Factory. https://hiddencityphila.org/2016/02/flexible-flyer-factory-glides-into-obscurity/ Would be amazing for a music video, sci fi or horror movie, or has been previously used as a documentary interview location. Fully professional production companies only, and no negotiation on the price. Owners are only willing to provide access for the minimum price. Single day and long term rentals available. Electric on site, porta potty but no permanent bathroom with running water. No wifi.
