General Rules
1. You agree to leave the property in sound condition as you received it at the time of arrival.
2. Please no shoes inside the house.
3. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming apps on either of the TVs provided.
4.No large parties! If violated, fine and immediate eviction will occur.
5. Some closets are locked, any tampering will result in a fine. (only 1)
6. Smoking is not allowed inside of the house nor on the PATIO- AT ALL!
7.NO PETS ALLOWED!
8. Patio: Please no running or jumping! Replace furniture and accessories as found.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A Detailed Checklist is used to ensure the house is cleaned thoroughly, along with a final inspection.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
