About the Space
This space is an all-white empty room with natural light and light-colored floors. Space includes the use of photography backdrops if needed. The colors available at this time are grey, black, white, and teal. Use of chairs, stools, and desks provided inside the studio is allowed Use of the studio light provided is allowed Perfect for headshots, branding, families, kids etc. Studio space is a single room inside of office/conference space. Owners may be present during the rental period but will be out of sight in respective offices behind closed doors. The renter can shut the door of the studio for privacy.

High touch surfaces in studio and office are disinfected and sanitized between bookings. Floors are mopped and sanitized between bookings. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray is available for use in studio if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
