Our Woodland Hills home offers the perfect backdrop for any adventure. Included with Your Vacation Home Fully hotel-ready, furnished with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) or Nespresso, and toaster. Certain properties may offer specialty appliances such as a crock pot or Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen Essentials: Our properties are equipped to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home, with full dining sets, cooking and serving essentials (including plates, bowls, and silverware), pots, pans, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories like a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. In some homes, you may find cooking essentials such as oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, and more. House Supplies: Your home comes equipped with a starter pack containing essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Other Amenities: The property is furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, hand, and pool towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum occupancy. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body/hand wash for your convenience. Additionally, fully equipped laundry rooms are available, complete with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, and irons. Noise and Music: To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all, please keep all noise and music indoors and at a reasonable level at all times, especially during the city’s quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Our neighbors are particularly sensitive to noise, so all guests need to be mindful of this throughout the day. We cannot have any complaints about loud noise or music, guests being disruptive while entering or leaving the property, or excessive noise levels around outdoor or pool areas. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines during their stay. Outdoor Music: Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to previous noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, as they are easy to connect and can be placed wherever you prefer. Absolutely no outside music is allowed past 9 PM, and only low-decibel, non-amplified speakers are permitted. Vendors: Approval from the property management/owner is required before allowing any outside vendors into the home. Guests must also provide proof of insurance (COI) for any authorized vendors. Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you choose to smoke, please do so outside at a safe distance from the main house and clean up afterward. Any evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette butts outside may result in a $1,000 fee to cover the cost of odor removal. This policy will be strictly enforced. Noise Meters: We use decibel readers to alert us when noise levels exceed the allowed threshold set by our city. These meters do not record conversations. If we receive a noise alert, we will promptly notify you via text and/or phone call. If we do not receive a response or if the noise level continues to exceed the city limit, we may need to make an in-person visit. Pool and Spa: Please note that pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. These fees are not included in the rental rate. It takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to heat the pool to above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Pool heating must be requested in advance (preferably at the time of booking) and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool pumps operate on a scheduled timer to prevent overworking, so the system will not run overnight. The pool and spa cannot be heated to different temperatures simultaneously. When you are done using the spa, please TURN OFF SPA MODE, or the system will remain in Spa Mode, causing the pool to stop heating and start cooling off. Setting the pool temperature to 100-105 degrees will not speed up the heating process. The pool will be heated as usual. Due to user error, we cannot guarantee the pool’s temperature. However, we will do our best to support and accommodate your needs. Security Deposit: Will be collected separately before the booking. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during the event. Please report any issues immediately. Parking: Use only designated parking areas. Ensure vehicles do not block driveways or fire lanes. Hours: Please adhere to the agreed event start and end times. Any overtime will incur additional charges. Security Cameras: The house is equipped with external security cameras for safety. Covering them is not permitted, and any attempt to do so will result in immediate eviction.
