The property can fit 4 cars in the driveway. There is free street parking, however, it is only on 1 side of the street.
General Rules
Respectful Behavior: Please treat the space, neighbors, and fellow guests with kindness and respect. We want everyone to enjoy their time here.
-Please no smoking inside the house - Smoking is permitted outside.
-Outside catering is allowed
-Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
-The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Fire Caution: While we have a propane grill available, please exercise extreme caution when using these amenities. Ensure fires are properly extinguished, and never leave them unattended. Follow safety guidelines for grilling to prevent accidents.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
