About the Space
Studio is designed with boudoir photography in mind, but can be used for lifestyle and fashion photography and videography. Recommended lenses - 24-70, 35mm, 50mm Large windows provide gorgeous directional natural light Oversize luxurious bronze mirror Faux fur rugs Bathroom and kitchenette with mini fridge stocked with water, in unit - no stove, no shower Lots of faux plants Gold and white clawfoot tub (not connected to water) Luxurious cream velvet headboard bed with black satin sheet set Emerald green tufted velvet chair Floor and side lamps for evening bookings Teal tufted velvet loveseat $100/hour - 2 h minimum bookings. Parking description
Our studio is located within a shopping center that offers ample parking. There are always spaces available, either directly by the studio unit or very close by, ensuring convenient access for you and your clients.

Lighting description
The Room with the bed, clawfoot tub, oversize mirror and velvet tufted emerald chair has one large window with a frost tint so the blinds can remain open for optimal diffused lighting. There are blinds and sheer white curtains on this window as well. There is a "faux window" wall light above the claw foot tub that can be turned on or off. This lighting setup also has sheer white curtains to add to the window illusion.
The room with the teal velvet loveseat and cowhide rug has no large windows, but there is the window on the entrance door that creates some light in the space. When I photograph this space I use the lamps and a portable light as needed.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The studio is quiet and comfortable. There is a hearing clinic on one side of me that is soundproofed and a vacant space on the opposite side. Street noise is minimal if at all while inside the unit.

No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Two additional rooms within the unit will remain locked and off limits in addition to the hall closet. These doors will be labeled as "do not enter" prior to rental.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The studio is well equipped with outlets. There is at least two outlets on every wall.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Due to the studio decor, no children or pets are allowed in the space. Ideal for boudoir or portrait photographers. Other types of photography may be permitted but please ask in advance. Ideally, furniture will not be moved. If you wish for it to be moved and arranged to your shooting style, the manager will gladly do that with you prior to your client's arrival so it is perfect for your needs!
No smoking is allowed in the building.
No more than three people may be in the studio at one time. If more are necessary, please let the manager know.
No glitter of any kind.
No confetti of any kind.
No body oil and/or "wet look" on the furniture
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
No moving furniture and decorations
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Our studio is equipped with multiple security cameras that record video 24/7 for security and insurance purposes. These cameras are positioned throughout the space, including in each room except for the restroom. Please note that the cameras will remain on and recording at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Between bookings, all surface areas are cleaned and bedding materials are replaced. Other surfaces are also disinfected. To minimize risk, client wardrobe will not be available for rental clients. We also ask that you and your client use no particle props such as glitter, smoke of any kind, flour, feathers, and other items that are difficult to pick up or that contaminate the air. Smoking of any kind including vape pens are not allowed on the premises.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
