a large, high-ceilinged space with the perfect natural lighting. Raw brick and wood pervade the space, which is nearly a century old. It was built in 1932 by the Coke company as a Distribution warehouse on the Newnan Railway. The space is almost completely untouched in the lower levels, and the apartment was added after its first sale and in keeping with the age and style of the building, the renovations were done in roughly the 50s-80s. This is a natural light studio, any additional lighting required will be provided by the renter, not the studio.
