About the Space
We are a Christian-based event center located in the heart of Concord, CA. Our State Of The Art Venue offers a state-of-the-art venue designed to host a wide range of events. From corporate conferences and team-building sessions to trade shows and product launches, our versatile space is equipped to handle it all. Our centerpiece is a stunning LED wall, perfect for impactful presentations and immersive experiences.

Parking description
Our parking lot can accommodate approximately 30 cars. In addition to parking in front of the center, we offer designated handicap parking spaces for those who require them. If our lot happens to be full, there is also available street parking nearby for your convenience.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are recording devices all around the event center for the safety of everyone. All devices are for security purposes. There are no recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms. Most devices have both audio and video capabilities for recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Carefully take down any decorations or signage present.
Remove and properly empty any trash or debris from the surroundings.
Sweep or vacuum the floors thoroughly.
Wipe down all surfaces and furniture.
Conduct a thorough check for any damages in all spaces and address them.
Clean all bathroom often.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
