About the Space
Our Talk Showroom can be used for podcasts, Talk show remote interviews, meetings, & radio shows. It has a total of 6 broadcasting and cinema cameras. Audio is recorded with Lavaliere microphones. Each camera is recorded separately along with a separate recording of each microphone. We offer live broadcasting or pre-recordings. A team of cameramen, engineers, and live editing comes with your session. There is also seating for live audience members.

Parking description
Henry for hospital is directly behind us. There’s a parking structure behind the building a block away that is free for the first 2 hours before 5pm. Enter the parking structure from either 11 mile or 2nd street off main. Or park around the meters surrounding our building.
General Rules
• No smoking in the business.
• Any drinks (alcoholic or non) must be in a spill-proof tumbler.
• No colored drinks of any kind allowed in this room (because we have a white couch)
• Outside catering is allowed however, food must stay in the kitchen area.
• Skin below the waist must be covered for panelists (to prevent body oil from getting on the couch.
• No narcotics are allowed. (this includes marijuana or being high)
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize each room after each session along with any equipment that patrons touch
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
