About the Space
Accommodating all types of functions from 20 to 200 guests, The “B Spot” is the perfect space for anything from baby/bridal showers, business meetings, comedy shows, conferences, live art, and music acts; all the while also providing excellent space for corporate events, galas, and after parties. In addition, for those who need assistance with Coordination, Curation, and Management, we also provide those services for an additional fee.

General Rules
No Food preparation or Cooking is allowed without proper permitting (Please speak with the Booking & Venue Manager for more information)
No Selling of Alcohol is permitted without proper permitting (Please speak with the Booking & Venue Manager for more information)
No Pets are permitted unless a Service Animal; All other clearance must be approved by Booking & Venue Manager
No children under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises without the accompaniment of an adult
No personal weapons are allowed in the Venue and must be left inside your vehicle(Please speak with the Booking & Venue Manager for more information)
No Loud Music after 2 am
No Alcohol after 2 am
No Consumption or Selling of Illegal Goods of ANY KIND
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All main spaces have a camera videotaping for the safety of all onsite.
No private spaces have any type of cameras of any sort.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is done after each event so we ask for your cooperation to return the space to how it was originally found. That ensures the cleaning team can be more efficient with their cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
