Routine Cleaning: Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each event, including all surfaces, floors, and restrooms. High-Touch Areas: We pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, and light switches, ensuring they are disinfected. Trash: Trash and bins are provided and regularly emptied after each event. Post-Event: After your event, our team performs a comprehensive cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting all areas to ensure a spotless environment for future guests. COVID-19 Measures: We adhere to enhanced cleaning protocols in line with current health guidelines to provide a safe and hygienic space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
