House Rules: Booking & Event Hours: All events must be pre-approved during the booking process. Events are limited to the agreed-upon time. Please ensure setup and breakdown are included within your booking hours. Guest Count: Maximum guest capacity is 25. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the event. Noise Levels: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm Amplified music is allowed indoors only. Outdoor music must be kept at a low volume. Outdoor Areas: The use of the outdoor areas, including the deck and property, must be respectful of the natural surroundings. No littering or damage to the landscaping is allowed. Swimming in the lake is at guests’ own risk. Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age only. Please drink responsibly. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Decorations & Setup: Please do not use nails, screws, or any permanent adhesives on walls, floors, or ceilings. Any decorations must be removed and properly disposed of after the event. Cleanup & Trash: Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including disposing of trash in provided receptacles. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty. Parking: Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Please do not block driveways or access to neighboring properties. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 5 days post-event, provided no damages occur. Damages: Any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any repair or replacement costs. Fire Safety: The fire pit must be used responsibly and extinguished after use. No fireworks, sparklers, or open flames are allowed without prior permission. Compliance: All local laws, including noise ordinances and alcohol regulations, must be followed. Failure to comply may result in early termination of the event without refund. Liability: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
