About the Space
History Built in the 1980s this Bungalow has seen some hard days during Harvey. However, it was later fixed to modern standards with the classic layout remaining. Minimal design, furniture with an open layout makes this place great for Photoshoots, Content Creation, Psychic Sessions and other small events. Neighborhood House is located in a peaceful neighborhood where everyone would give you the much needed space. Shops and Restaurant are within 5-10 min of drive. There are parks and recreation areas inside the neighborhood you can enjoy. Logistics The House has an open Layout. During your booking you are allowed to use the Bedroom and Living areas like the Dining area, Kitchen and Lounge. The Dining table can easily seat 6 people.

This space was great for our family reunion/birthday party (16 people). We rented it for 6 hours. The space was clean and felt really peaceful. We didn't really go out the back because it was raining, so I can't speak to that part. But everything else was lovely and appeared as advertised. The host, Niaz, was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and I really appreciated that he was willing/able to add on a bedroom for us to use at the last minute as an extra meeting space. We would definitely use this space again in the future.
