For those who prefer outdoor relaxation, the property features a spacious, fenced-in backyard, perfect for lounging or hanging out. The back door and kitchen window can be fully opened, allowing a smooth flow between indoor and outdoor spaces so everyone can stay connected. The home also boasts a luxurious hot tub, adding a touch of relaxation and fun. In addition, the neighborhood amenities include a pool, tennis court, and basketball court, providing even more options for recreation and enjoyment. Whether you're planning a casual get-together or a more formal event, this rental house offers all the modern comforts and amenities you need to make your gathering truly special.

- No smoking. - Outside catering is allowed. - No events past 10:00 PM. - No pets or animals of any kind. - No loud/ excessive noises outside, quiet hours between 10 PM - 9 AM. - Guest count must be specified. - Alcohol is allowed however you must bring your own. - Late fee will be enforced unless otherwise specified. - No glitter, confetti, or fireworks. - No paints or dyes. - Do not disturb any decor currently on the walls. - If the furniture is to be moved please be sure it is picked up and moved, not dragged, and placed back in its' original location before departure from the space. - No overnight allowed. Fees ranging from $100 - $1500 will be charged if house rules are not obeyed. ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via Peerspace messaging upon booking confirmation. Please read your messages before check-in. OVERTIME / ADDITIONAL FEES: If OT is needed, please notify the host at least 30 minutes before checkout to ensure it is feasible. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5 our stated hourly rate. This is for early arrivals or late check-outs. The smart lock will detect early entry or late lockup. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to respect the space and we kindly ask that all guests tidy up after themselves. Please place all used dishes in the sink, and dispose of all used perishable items in the trash. Guests must remove any equipment they bring in, and this setup/breakdown time should be factored into your reservation hours. FURNITURE / DECOR: Please do not move or dismount any fixed furniture items (nightstands, thermostats, fridges, etc.). Furniture and other smaller items may be moved as long as they are moved CAREFULLY (PICKED UP AND NOT DRAGGED ACROSS THE FLOORS OR WALLS) and returned to their original location upon arrival. Please take care of the space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. No tape or gummed backing. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed at a fee of $500-$1000 to the credit card on file with Peerspace. While there is an oven and stove onsite, they are not to be used during rental hours. A refrigerator is available for use only. (If you would like to use the oven/stove there will be an additional charge. Please message the host for details and approval.) Please do not tamper, block, cover, or disconnect any door locks/devices (Apple Home, TV, appliances, etc.) from the WiFi unless directed by the host. We are notified if done so, your booking will be subject to cancellation.
