Central London Multipurpose Space

Our brand-new central London studio space is available 7 days a week. Located midway between Shoreditch and Hoxton, just a few minutes' walk from both Old Street and Farringdon Underground Stations, our New York Penthouse-style studio space spans two floors and is flooded with daylight—perfect for your event. We have a great kitchen and a charming courtyard at the back of the space, sheltered by the surrounding studios. The space is a true blank canvas, so you're free to arrange it however you like to make your party or event extra special. We can also recommend incredible caterers and bar companies to add that extra sparkle to your event. Alternatively, we can take full responsibility for organizing the catering and drinks for you, or you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The standard booking includes one floor of the venue, which features direct access to our charming garden and courtyard. For those requiring additional space, exclusive venue hire—granting access to both floors—can be added as an add-on for a more spacious and private experience. Multiple bookings on the same day are also possible, offering flexibility to suit your needs and budget. In addition to venue hire, we offer a variety of activities such as sip-and-paint sessions, wine tastings, cocktail-making classes, dance lessons, and live entertainment. We can also tailor these activities to suit your specific needs.
