About the Space
Our Spacious Video Studio with Multiple Backdrops is a peaceful filming room designed with podcasting, course filming, and interviews in mind. It features a cement-styled wall as well as a wood-slatted wall. The other walls have soundproofing materials. This room also contains many props and plants to bring more personality to each shoot. The neighbors on all sides are quiet and kind. It's tucked away in Leander TX, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee places.

Plenty of free parking in front of the studio. Extra parking lot on both sides.
General Rules
No smoking, alcohol use, or drug use on the property. Try and put props back to how you found it as best you can. No pets unless discussed with the host. Please be respectful of neighboring businesses.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Studio is cleaned, wiped down, and organized between bookings. Hand sanitizer is available on site.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
