Parking description
Parking is available in the front, side, and back of the event space there is also a lot available for parking.
General Rules
There will be a refundable cleaning deposit which can be paid on the day of your event. We ask that the space is left the way it was before your setup. There is no smoking allowed unless the client pays a smoking fee.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras inside and outside of the front and back of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We remove all items left behind from the previous event, including decorations, personal items, and any trash. We wipe down all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and any other furniture, using disinfectant wipes or spray. We sweep and mop all flooring to ensure it’s clean and free of debris. For carpeted areas, we vacuum thoroughly. We clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. We also restock necessary supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

- Space has additional space outdoors
